Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to the seller for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.




All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.




To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and the product in its original state, together with receipt or proof of purchase, and mail your return to the respective vendor/seller/business that sold the product to you (the customer).




After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, the seller will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. You will be notified when your return has been processed.



The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:


  •     Perishable Products  
  •     Personalised Products  
  •     Tickets  
  •     Services  
  •     Products that are not returned within a reasonable timeframe  
  •     Products that are not returned in their original state or functionality  
  •     Products that are not returned in their original packaging  
  •     Products that are not returned with their respective receipt(s)  


For defective or damaged products, please contact the seller of the product to arrange a refund or exchange.
