Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to the seller for a refund or an exchange. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, place the item, in its original state securely, in its packaging together with receipt or proof of purchase, and mail your return to the respective seller or business that sold the product to you.

If you want to cancel, return or exchange an item, you must send a message or contact the seller using the contact details provided on the seller’s Online Store Profile. It is not enough if you only send the goods back. You can also use the contact details if you need any support after your purchase.

In this case, please provide the following info:

    • Your name
    • Your address
    • Current date
    • The product or service you wish to cancel/return/exchange
    • The bank account number on which you would like to receive the refund (if applicable)
    • Any other useful information for the seller

You must send the products back within 14 days of informing the seller. The customer is expected to pay the cost for returning the products e.g. shipping fees, own fuel costs, etc…


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, the seller will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.


This does not apply to all purchases. Some of the exemptions are:

    • Products on Sale
    • Perishable Products
    • Personalised Products
    • Tickets
    • Products that are not returned within a reasonable timeframe
    • Products that are not returned in their original state or functionality by an event or use caused after the delivery
    • Products that are not returned with their respective receipt(s)
    • Airplane and train tickets, as well as concert tickets, hotel bookings, car rental reservations and catering services for specific dates
    • Products made to order or clearly personalised
    • Sealed audio, video or computer software, such as DVDs, which you have unsealed upon receipt
